UPSKILLING YOUTH FOR PROSPEROUS
CAREER DEVELOPMENT
The aim of our all skill development programs is to provide training for unskilled youth to make them employable in their respective streams and also in enhancing their existing skill set to attain a prosperous career development.
We initiated as an innovative public-private partnership to demonstrate a model to address poverty alleviation through linking, learning and livelihood needs of Unemployed Youth and disadvantaged youth at risk to equitable qualitative learning and promising labour market-oriented vocational training opportunities.

APPROACH
We facilitate the exchange of resources, opportunities and competencies between businesses, communities through public-private partnerships that contribute to long-term and sustainable livelihood development, benefitting the difficult-to-reach sections of young people in society.
IMPACT ASSESSMENT
Have successfully implemented over 5000+ trainings for candidates for the roles of Automotive Service Technician, Business Correspondents, Retail Sales Assistant in the last 5 years of operation. These were held under the CSR of Castrol, Reliance Foundation, Tata Foundation. The ongoing project is under ITC CSR.
